Huge disappointment for Korongo Airlines! Poor service, poor communication! Bought a ticket from Johannesburg to Lubumbashi. Flight delayed 3 times, without giving customers any reason!! No compensation, no hotel, not even a discount. I do not live in Africa, but I do business here, therefore I lost a lot of money! Not flying with this airline anymore.
Check the cancellation policy: Usually, if you choose the lowest fare you will not be allowed to freely modify you flight details later on (change dates or passenger names, etc). If you think that you might need to do this, you should consider buying a more flexible (but also more expensive) ticket.
