  Standard has dropped over the last few years. This prompted me to move to different airline Easy Jet). BA need to get their act together if it wants to be UK flagship again.

  Don't know what it is. Trys to pretend it is better than a low cost airline but it is worse. Crew surly and idle.

  I found the staff very rude and the flight was late taking off, we sat on a plane for 30 minutes waiting to leave.
