   Have used this airline from Paphos to Stansted, as my journey is easier from Stansted to my Daughters. The fare seemed reasonable, and yes would use them again to fly into Stansted.

   Ne-au anulat biletele abuziv. Niciodata nu voi mai calatorii cu Ryanair !!! Personalul de control de la ultima poarta de imbarcare este nepregatit profesional !!! Rusine sa va fie - ati lasat un copil de 7 ani sa astepte 14 ore fara mancare si apa pentru ca nu ati fost in stare sa explicati ca se pierde valabilitatea biletelor daca nu corespunde greutatea unui bagaj...! Rusine sa va fie hoti la drumul mare !!! Cica bilete ieftine, au iei grija sa recupereze de la oameni onesti !!!

   I have recently travelled with Ryanair from Thessaloniki to Bergamo and at the same day to Paris Beauvais and 10 days later back at the same way. I had one hand luggage with me on the plane and it was ok to have it with me for the 3 of the 4 routes. In my last trip, from Bergamo to Thessaloniki, the lady decided that the bag didn’t not fit and I had to pay. I tried to explain that I have used this bag to come from Beauvais to Bergamo today and that I have already travelled though Bergamo 10 days ago. Her exact answer was “I don’t care; it is not my problem, step on the side”. She was very rude, did not listen to me and threatened that if I don’t pay 50 euro she will close the gate and leave from Bergamo. We were 4 people travelling together and saw her laughing heroically to me when I finally paid in order do not lose my flight. I think that this is not normal, if you think that before the flight I personally went to the airport and double checked that my luggage was ok to go in the plane. And it was for Greece, Beauvais twice and Bergamo once but not on the way back. I will never fly with them again. I'll rather pay more, then being treated like garbage.

   After being a faithful customer of RYANAIR since they started to fly from Gothenburg 3-4 years ago, and even always have recommend RA to my family and adult children, as well as to my friends, I will say GOODBYE after this mornings humiliation at the Edinburgh gate to the plain. There I became attacked by the female officer who controlled boarding passes and passports at 06:00 on the 11th of May, 2012. The reason: I had on my shoulder a thin (thinner than 1 cm) leather passport bag size 15x15 cm, including my passport, boarding card, a few Aspirin tablets and a minor antihistamine nose spray, which I may need any time. The woman shouted to me: "Take it away and put it into your cabin back - EVERYTHING SHALL BE THERE!"
   
   As women does not have lots of pockets in their clothes like men do, I had used already during the last 3 years that thin folder for travelling, because you can't open the cabin bag all the time. I could have easily hidden that thin folder under my jumper, but no one earlier, during my tens of flights with RA, shouted to me for that poor thing. The two women didn't offer me their desk for packing my cabin bag, which was half empty. I had to go on my knees on the (dirty?) floor to get passport etc into my cabin bag (I am a senior, 64 years old woman). After that, the "woman-in-duty" started to look my standard cabin bag for measuring it in their box (also used 3 years without any remarks from RY and other airlines). My TITAN cabin bag Swedish design, made in Germany and measurements as a standard cabin bag, which everybody can see normally. When it was never regarded as questionable, I could see that it is 0,5 cm too thick (!) but I could press it through the metal frame, and got it out, too, even if slowly, because it's heavy plastic. Good it didn't break anyway.
   
   I wish that some of those 100 people in the cue after me took some photos and sent them to some yellow papers, when I was on my knee on the floor... even if I don't like to play circus at a public place.
   
   For sure this was my last trip with RYANAIR, after tens of good meetings with their nicer personnel. Maybe there is a Troy-an Horse smuggling people paid by RYANAIR's competitors, to help RA to get rid of their customers. I don't mind, because it's too difficult to have passport inside cabin bag, and soon I will be too old to pack my belongings on my knees on the floor. Hooray, there is a good choice of reasonable and polite airlines to choose instead of RYANAIR.

   J’ai réservé un vol Aller/Retour Karlsruhe-Baden – Budapest T2 pour le 9 mars. J’ai reçu l’information d’annulation de vol le vendredi 2 mars 17H27. Grâce à leur annulation envoyée quelques heures trop tard, j’ai perdu 80 euros de frais de réservation concernant le logement à Budapest.
   Mais le plus dramatique est que leur formulaire de remboursement ne permettait même pas aux clients ayant acheté ce vol de demander le remboursement (la destination Budapest T2 n’existe pas dans le formulaire de remboursement).
   Aussi ai-je contacté leur assistance(0891 460046 – 0.23€ par minute ou par fax ) qui a pris en compte ma demande et m’a assuré que j’allais être remboursé sous 15 jours. Or au 22 avril 2012, aucun remboursement ne m’a été effectué.
   
   Ce sont de réels voyous! Aucun respect de la clientèle.
   Je rappelle que à ceux qui ont la chance de pouvoir prendre l'avion, que vous aurez la chance durant tout le voyage d'être matraqué de pub/sollicitations d'achats en tout genre au point qu'il est préférable d'amener les boules quies.
   
   Prennez-en note quand si vous choisissez Ryanair!
