   Сегодня, 13.09.12, ночью прилетели в Москву этой компанией рейсом 7502. До момента получения багажа все было нормально - и взлетели более-менее вовремя, и сели вовремя, и самолет был нормальный - за исключением крохотного расстояния между креслами. Но из двух чемоданов получили один. Причем пропал как раз тот, который нам в терминале вылета Т1 Барселоны за 9.5 евро обмотали пленкой и дали какую-то страховочную бумажку. В Домодедово к багажной ленте пришла сотрудница аэропорта и позвала всех неполучивших в отдел пропаж багажа. Таких счастливчиков набралось полсамолета. Написали заявление. Свинство это полное со стороны Вьюлинга ! Ведь в самолете было много свободных мест. И на регистрацию мы пришли одними из первых. Отныне отой компанией - только если совсем прижмет и не сдавая багажа !

   При бронировании авиабилетов информация о том, что любой багаж, сдаваемый в самолет платный, доведена не корректно, под общим заголовком "Hand luggage", в итоге произошло удорождание билетов на 50 евро. Кроме того, при том, что билеты были куплены в марте 2012г, а полет был в июле, дополнительно за 1,5 недели до вылета пришел счет еще на 20 евро. Если бы я знала, что билеты выйдут на 70 евро дороже, я бы выбрала другую компанию, варианты были. Кроме того, опоздание на 1 час обратного рейса привели к тому, что мы не успели ометить чеки такс - фри и потеряли еще 250 евро.

   J'ai volé de Bordeaux à Bucarest via Barcelone début juillet 2012 et je n'ai vraiment rien à réprocher à Vueling : du personnel assez sympa, mais pas avec des sourires bêtes collés sur la tête. Le tout s'est très bien passé.
   Si on peut ne pas être contents d'une chose c'est l'attente de 6h entre les deux avion dans l'aéroport de Barcelone, mais on sait ça quand on achete le vol, ce n'est pas une mauvaise surprise. Le fait que les bagages de soute soient pris en charge et le fait de pouvoir éviter les aller-retours à Paris ou Lyon pour me rendre dans mon pays valent vraiment les 6h d'attente dans l'aéroport de Barcelone.

   We took my Sister in law to Paris with us over the weekend and unfortunately booked our ticket through Vueling. My sister in law is terminally ill and one of her last wishes was to go to Paris. She's very weak and can’t do too much so we decided to pack light, small hand luggage only to save us from unnecessary waiting time at baggage claim. Rome-Paris was fine. Yesterday flying back from Paris, we were told that we would have to check in our hand luggage because "the flight is fully booked and the captain wants ALL hand luggage checked in" We were one of the first passengers to check in, we explained our problem and they wouldn’t budge. I was in shock. We stepped aside and watch other passengers boarding and when the line got longer, we gave in and just lined up again. Once we got to the counter, we were told that the supervisor decided not to let us fly because apparently "I looked at him in a bad way" by this stage I was flabbergasted/shocked and just couldn’t believe my ears. Luckily my husband managed to get us on the flight, and once on the plane, we noted that 90% of passengers had hand luggage on the plane; of course I took a photo and am really thinking about taking further action. I would never recommend this hideous airline to anybody.

   Flight delayed 30 min leaving for Paris and an hour on my return to Barcelona. Seats offer little legroom for people over 6 ft, but I have this problem on most airlines. Staff at check-in nice and assigned exit row seat on my return trip to Barcelona. Staff on plane very nice, professional, and fluent in English. Do have to pay for drinks and snacks, which is expected on budget airline.
