    Hanna flying from Jakarta to Denpasar (Bali)

    Do not ever choose to fly with this airlines even though they offer a real cheap price! Trust me, this is the worst airlines ever! They changed my flight time like 4 times and the last change, they did not even inform me! When i complained, they did not response well and even hung up the phone!
    I decided to just take a full refund of it, so I sent them a request by email. They never replied it!
    I went straight away to the office head to take the full refund, the service really sucks! They made me waiting and waiting!
