   Anonymous flying from Bari to Timisoara

   A FAVORE:
   - Personale di bordo e piloti ok;
   - Arriva spesso in anticipo;
   - Molto affidabile.
   
   CONTRO:
   - Prezzo del biglietto eccessivo;
   - bisognerebbe poter scegliere se pagare o meno il pranzo, dato che nessuno ti regala niente su questa Terra, sicuramente il pranzo è compreso nel biglietto, anche se non mangi!
   - La GreenCard è una grossa fregatura, sei obbligato a comperare il biglietto facendo il login nel sito della Carpatair, se non lo fai e comunque avvisi gli operatori tramite il sito, stai tranquillo che non ti cumulano punti (ogni scusa è buona per non darti punti);
   - Ritardi nelle partenze spesso e volentieri (possibile cause aeroportuali);
   - Prenotando online hanno da poco aggiunto una tassa di 10 euro "tassa prenotazione ?!?!?!?" (10 euro di mancia, tassa a piacere della compagnia, grande fatica ricevere prenotazioni online...).
   
   Consigli per Carpatair ? ATTENZIONE ALLA CONCORRENZA.... ;)

   inside flying from Timisoara to Bacau

   They don't respect people, they cut the salary and the mechanics work very much there on few money. They make the impossible sometimes to take off and nobody know that, they still fly with problems on aircrafts because they don't want to solve this otherwise they need more man and more money but they don't want to give money...so be careful when you go up in one Carpatair airplane

   volevo fare molti complimenti.mi sono trovato benissimo sia x il volo sia x il personale di bordo.aereo sabb 2000 un po piccolo ma confortevole.non è da tutti x 2 ore di volo ofrirti il pranzo nel prezzo del biglietto.complimenti.

   Pretul biletelor este ceva mai mare decat cel al altor companii. Trebuie tinut cont de faptul ca nu sunt o companie lowcost. Conditiile sunt ok, de obicei se ajunge la timp (uneori mai devreme, alteori cu putina intaziere) . Singura problema ar fi ca avioanele Saab2000 sunt cam galagioasa, insa prefer siguranta in detrimentul confortului auditiv.

   The ticket price was much higher comparing to Wizzair (the other airline that fly Milan-Timisoara), but I had to choose CarpatAir because I wanted to be home for Christmas! But, the good think was that we had a free meal included in the price of the ticket.
   
   The flight was on time, even if it was crowded of people. But, at arrival, I discovered that my suitcase was missing. Not stolen, but left ON PURPOSE in the Bergamo Airport, because they didn\'t have enough room in the plane to take all the suitcases that they sold! I wasn\'t the only person in this situation, maybe 20-30 persons on that flight had the same problem. A person there had to go more then 200km in order to arrive home, and the next day had to return for the suitcase (because they refused to send it on their expenses).
   
   Very unconfortable situation, bad handeled by the airline. I will fly with them in the future, only if I will have no other choice.
